In this workshop, you will be able to:
- Understand how ADHD really affects your work – procrastination, imposter syndrome, executive function and more.
- Finally answer: What’s me?, and what’s my ADHD?
- Learn simple, expert-backed practical strategies to work with your ADHD brain.
- Get your questions answered in a live question and answer session with accredited ADHD coach Charlotte Forbes.
Charlotte’s words:
Before I knew I had ADHD I had deep internalised messages that I was just a bit scatty, all over the place and a bit of a hot mess.
When I REALLY understood how ADHD showed up for me at work I finally had an explanation for my struggles and strengths so I no longer felt like a constant failure.
What if…
What if – only doing things at the last minute isn’t because you’re disorganised but because of your interest-based attention system.
What if taking things personally isn’t because I’m oversensitive but is something called rejection sensitive dysphoria.
What if I’m not forgetful but the reason I need to write things down is to help my memory and executive function.
By *really* understanding ADHD I no longer feel as guilty and I know what my brain needs to be able to get on with things.
I’m not gatekeeping this knowledge so I’m running a FREE workshop on Monday 24th February so you can all *really* understand your ADHD at work.
Understanding how ADHD *really* affects you at work, means you can confidently tackle daily ADHD challenges and make working with ADHD MUCH easier.
