About ADHDaptive
ADHDaptive is a coaching and neuroinclusion practice run from near Morpeth in Northumberland by Andrew Lambert, a late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic coach. It works on two levels at once: one-to-one coaching for adults and young adults whose work, study or home life keeps colliding with how their attention and energy actually operate, and consultancy for organisations that want to change the conditions producing that collision rather than asking individuals to keep adapting. A formal diagnosis is not required to start coaching.
Andrew came to coaching after a long career in IT, and trained as an Academy of Executive Coaching practitioner and through ADHD Works; he is a member of the Association for Coaching. His individual work covers ADHD coaching for adults, autism coaching, coaching for young adults with separate sessions for their parents, single-issue "Brain Sessions", after-diagnosis support, help with Access to Work applications and guidance on shared care. Clients get written summaries after each session. Sessions run in person in Newcastle, Northumberland and the wider North East, or online anywhere in the UK.
On the organisational side, ADHDaptive starts with a Neuroinclusion Health Check that gives a clear picture of where a workplace stands, then moves into consultancy for leadership and HR, interactive awareness training, manager and team workshops, and reviews of policy and culture — with retainer or ad-hoc support afterwards. It works with universities, local authorities, SMEs, charities, HR teams and line managers. Coaching is available as a six-session package, as focused one-off sessions, or funded through Access to Work or an employer. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call.

Questions about ADHDaptive
Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis to work with ADHDaptive?
No. Andrew works with people experiencing related challenges whether or not they have a formal diagnosis.
Can Access to Work pay for coaching with ADHDaptive?
Yes. Coaching can be funded through Access to Work or an employer, and Andrew also offers guidance on making an application.

Yes. Focused 60-minute sessions — Brain Sessions, after-diagnosis support or parent support — can be booked individually.
Where does an organisation start?
Usually with a free 30-minute discovery call and a Neuroinclusion Health Check, which sets out priorities before any wider consultancy or training.
