Amplifly Lite — Brain-State Matched Focus for Neurodivergent Minds
Amplifly Lite is an iOS app built on a premise most focus tools ignore: your brain does not work the same every day, and a plan that only works on good days is not a plan. Each morning you check in with one of five brain states — Sharp, Spicy, Flat, Foggy or Scattered — and the app suggests focus techniques matched to how your brain actually feels that day, drawn from a library of evidence-informed conditions spanning primers, protectors, recovery practices and resets, from box breathing and movement snacks to brain dumps and grounding. You can add your own techniques too, and the app learns which ones genuinely work for you.
Over time, every check-in and logged session builds a personal operating manual: your sharpest hours, your highest-flow brain states, your most reliable helpers, your best days of the week — patterns that might take years to half-notice made visible in weeks. The on-device recommendation engine starts from research-informed priors for your neurotype and updates from your own feedback, so it is calibrated from day one and increasingly personal thereafter. Fifteen ND profiles are supported, including ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, sensory processing differences and anxiety — and selecting one is entirely optional.
The app is explicit that it is not a productivity tool: it does not tell you to do more, but helps you understand how your brain actually works so you can stop fighting it. Privacy is structural — all data and every algorithm live on the device, with no analytics, no ad tracking and no third-party SDKs, and encrypted sync exists solely so your data follows you to your next device. Amplifly Lite is live on the App Store, with an Android release planned.
