About Anjum Emanuel
Anjum Emanuel is a speaker, trainer and brain coach based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, who works mainly with employers — the managers, teams and HR leads trying to make a workplace fit the range of minds already in it. The work sits where brain health and neurodiversity meet: how focus, stress, beliefs and energy play out at work, and how teams can stop treating neurodivergent colleagues' differences as problems to be managed. For a neurodivergent employee, this is most likely to reach you through your organisation booking Anjum rather than through individual coaching.
Anjum is a Certified Brain Coach, a Thrive-accredited Neurodiversity Trainer and a member of the Professional Speaking Association UK, with more than 20 years of corporate experience across public and private sectors; one testimonial on the site comes from a senior project manager at the DWP. Anjum's own story shapes the approach: arriving in the UK at 12 without English, going through bullying and isolation at school, leaving without qualifications, and beginning to rebuild from 21 — an experience of not fitting the system that runs through the talks.
Organisational training is offered virtually or in person and is structured by depth: a one-hour neurodiversity awareness session, a one-hour brain health session, a half-day Neurodiversity Champions workshop and a full-day Neurodiversity for Managers workshop, with bespoke masterclasses on request. Keynotes include "Neurodiversity in the Workplace: Harnessing Every Brain's Potential" alongside talks on brain health and limiting beliefs. For individuals there is one-to-one coaching and a set of self-paced online courses, including an overview of neurodiversity and courses on focus, memory and goal setting. Fees are not published, so organisations will need to ask for a quote.
