AuDHDDesign — Gentle Support Tools for Neurodivergent Adults
AuDHDDesign creates gentle printable and digital support tools for ADHD, autistic and AuDHD adults, made for the moments when daily life feels overwhelming, vague or too hard to start. Founded and run by a neurodivergent maker who is AuDHD herself, every resource is built from lived experience — designed, in her words, entirely by a neurodivergent mind for neurodivergent minds — around the real challenges of executive dysfunction, decision paralysis, time blindness, sensory overwhelm, burnout and fluctuating energy.
The shop spans executive-function and “stuck” support, low-energy and capacity-based planners, visual schedules and routine aids, emotional-regulation and sensory-recovery resources, home-reset and cleaning tools for doom piles and overwhelm, and food and meal support, available as print-at-home or digital downloads. The defining principle throughout is that the tool flexes to the person: low-pressure layouts with clear next steps, no shame-based productivity, no perfect-routine pressure, and no expectation to “push through” — just flexible supports matched to your actual energy on the day.
Alongside the products, AuDHDDesign publishes free, evidence-informed articles and practical guides on executive functioning, sensory needs, emotional regulation, burnout and everyday strategies for neurodivergent adults — including pieces on unlearning the “always on” mentality, capacity-based planning, and building a dopamine menu. The consistent aim is to make reliable, accessible, neuro-affirming information and tools available to anyone wanting to understand themselves better or support someone who is neurodivergent, reducing overwhelm and making daily life feel a little easier.
