About Carine Coaching with Carine Jonchère Ponin
Carine Jonchère Ponin is a London-based neurodivergent coach who works one-to-one with adults who feel their days are a constant fight against overwhelm, and with organisations that want to make work fit neurodivergent staff better. Her starting point is that neurodivergence never sits on its own: cultural background, gender identity, the norms someone grew up with and their working life all shape how it plays out. Clients are not treated as problems to fix. The aim is to help them understand their own needs well enough to write what she calls their own manual of instructions, with self-compassion built in from the start.
Carine came to coaching after more than ten years in corporate supply chain and international logistics, including roles at Google, the Department of Health and Reckitt. A career break in 2022 led to her own ADHD diagnosis and the move into coaching. She is a Certified ADHD Coach with ADHD Works (2025) and a Certified Neurodiversity Associate Coach with Exceptional Individuals (2024), holds Level 2 and 3 Counselling Skills qualifications and is a trained Mental Health First Aider. She coaches in English, French and Italian, which is unusual in this field and useful for multilingual clients.
Individual coaching runs as a 12-week programme of weekly 60-minute sessions with check-ins and email support between sessions, with a shorter six-week option; there are two strands, one focused on neurodivergence and one on confidence. Single ad hoc sessions are available on a sliding scale for people who want support without committing to a programme. For charities and small to medium organisations she offers one-to-one coaching for staff and leaders, small group facilitation and workshops on neurodivergence, intersectionality and psychological safety. Everything starts with a free 30-minute introduction call to check fit.
