Dr Emma Mahoney - ​The Advisory ND

The Advisory ND is a consultancy specialised in neurodiversity. It was founded by Dr Emma Mahoney, a chartered clinical psychologist with over 25 years’ experience working with neurodivergent adults, young people and families within the NHS, private sector and business.

Emma started her career in the NHS, quickly finding herself one of few clinicians with a neurodivergence specialism. In recent years, there has been a rapid expansion of knowledge, interest and ideas in the area of neurodivergence which makes it an exciting, rapidly developing field.

The Advisory ND provides a range of consultancy services for organisations in how to attract, recruit support and promote neurodiversity in the work place to unlock its business power.
