About Enolla Consulting
Enolla Consulting is a London-based consultancy that calls its field "human inclusion": changing the everyday leadership decisions and team behaviours that decide whether people — neurodivergent staff among them — can do their best work. Formerly The Centre for Inclusive Leadership, it rebranded as Enolla in March 2024 and is led by chief executive and co-founder Paul Anderson-Walsh. Its clients are organisations rather than individuals: leadership teams, HR and learning and development functions, and managers who want inclusion to show up in how work gets done rather than sit in a policy document.
The first conversation with a new client is usually about the difference between an inclusion strategy and diversity management — how people experience work, as opposed to who gets counted. From there Enolla works through its 3Cs Inclusion Maturity Framework — Confidence, Competence and Confidants — across three phases it calls Translate, Transition and Transform. Delivery is varied: facilitated workshops of up to three hours for cohorts of up to 25, 90-minute Inclusion Clinics, short e-learning modules, manager toolkits of scripts, checklists and conversation starters, keynotes, leadership and executive coaching, dashboards that track how inclusion is experienced, and industrial theatre in which trained actors play out workplace scenarios. Sessions run in person or virtually, and a companion app supports the work between them.
Neurodiversity is not a separate product line at Enolla — it sits inside the wider inclusion work. Its most direct neuroinclusion resource is a free Neurodiversity at Work ebook written for hiring managers, alongside the monthly Human Inclusion Podcast. The practical fit is an organisation that wants to shift manager behaviour and culture across the board, with neurodivergent colleagues as one of the groups who benefit, rather than one looking for specialist workplace needs assessments or individual neurodiversity coaching. Enolla also runs an Additional Support Programme of coaching and talking therapy designed to sit alongside an existing employee assistance programme. Pricing is not published.
