About Eunoia Thinking

Eunoia Thinking is a US neurodiversity consultancy and coaching practice founded by Felicia M. L. Davis, an autistic ADHD leader identified in adulthood who spent more than fifteen years in leadership roles, from non-profits to a Fortune 500 financial firm. It serves two groups at once: organisations that want neurodivergent staff understood rather than misread, and individuals — neurodivergent or not — trying to work well across different ways of communicating. Its starting point is that much of what gets labelled as attitude at work is a difference in communication, and that the fix sits in expectations and environment as much as in the person.

Organisational work is built on the Eunoia Neurodivergent Business Framework and runs through three areas. Communication covers spotting differences, testing social expectations and reducing conflict. Development focuses on identifying strengths, teaching leadership and building development plans. Office etiquette deals with environmental barriers, video-call adaptations and accommodations. Workshops run virtually or on site, alongside leadership coaching and support to embed the framework. Felicia holds an MA in Organizational Management and a bachelor's degree in economics, and works as an event speaker and corporate trainer.

One-to-one coaching has three strands: career growth (strengths, asking for accommodations, communicating ideas, networking, office expectations and moving into management), social life (interests, wellbeing, social confidence, safe spaces and friendships) and relationships (unspoken rules, recognising emotions, empathy and communication differences). It is open to neurodivergent people working in neurotypical settings, to neurotypical people managing or working alongside neurodivergent colleagues, and to anyone wanting to understand the difference better. Felicia co-wrote Autism, Not Attitude: Embracing Neurodivergence at Work and in Relationships (Amplify Publishing, October 2026), and the site carries a podcast and resources, including her appearance on Gifted Unleashed. Fees are not published.
