About Open Lines Coaching with Francesca Biscotti
Open Lines Coaching is the online practice of Francesca (Fran) Biscotti, a London-based somatic coach working with neurodivergent adults and families. It suits people for whom talk-based or productivity-focused coaching has not reached the problem: the practice starts from the view that much of what neurodivergent people are told to fix — shutdown, overwhelm, avoidance, burnout — is a nervous system response to environments that do not fit, held in the body as much as in thought.
Sessions work from the body upwards, drawing on Polyvagal Theory, somatic practice and approaches such as Somatic Parts Work and Focusing, with an explicit ADHD and autism lens. The emphasis is on safety, regulation and pacing before goals, and on understanding what a client's system is signalling rather than overriding it. Biscotti is autistic with a PDA profile and has ADHD, and a period of grief and trauma shaped how she works. She holds the International Coaching Federation's Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, is an ADDCA-trained AACC Certified ADHD and Life Coach and a trauma-informed somatic counsellor, and has a first-class degree in Special Needs and Inclusive Practice from Kingston University. She is ICO registered and DBS checked.
That coaching sits on more than 15 years of work with families, including eight in special educational needs as a key worker, SENCo and learning support assistant, and NHS work as a play specialist contributing to autism assessments and EHCP reports. Clients include neurodivergent and neurotypical adults, highly sensitive people, people living with PTSD or CPTSD, women in perimenopause and menopause, and parents of neurodivergent children, and Biscotti has delivered training for schools, nurseries, workplaces and charities in the UK and Italy. All sessions are online, in English or Italian. A free 30-minute introductory call checks fit, and coaching sessions last 50 minutes.
