I offer one-to-one certified ADHD coaching for adults, delivered online worldwide. Founded by Gary Hammond, an Irish certified ADHD coach, now based in Barcelona with over 20 years of technology leadership experience and an ADHD diagnosis of his own, the practice combines lived experience with professional coaching expertise across 600+ sessions delivered.

Coaching focuses on building genuine self-awareness of how ADHD shows up in your specific life, rather than offering generic productivity hacks or prescriptive rules. Clients develop insight into their unique patterns, challenges and strengths, then build practical strategies that make sense and stick.

Areas coaching addresses include task initiation and procrastination, time awareness and organisation, impulse control, planning and follow-through, self-motivation, and making sense of a diagnosis at any stage.

Coaching is available to adults worldwide via Zoom. No formal diagnosis is required to begin. Gary is also a provider under the UK Access to Work scheme, supporting UK clients in having coaching funded through that programme.

Gary is a member of the ADHD Coaches Organisation (ACO), CHADD, and the Association for Coaching, and holds professional liability insurance.
