Jonathan Mok — Corporate Neurodiversity Training & ADHD Coaching
Jonathan Mok is a UK Chartered Manager, TEDx speaker and executive ADHD coach delivering corporate neurodiversity training and workplace inclusion work to organisations across Hong Kong, the Asia-Pacific region and internationally. Neurodivergent himself, he combines lived experience with formal management credentials and a professional membership of the Universal Coaching Alliance, sharing his own journey openly to give audiences practical takeaways rather than abstract inclusion theory.
His work spans three strands: corporate neurodiversity workshops and allyship training for multinational teams, consultancy on workplace inclusion, and one-to-one executive ADHD coaching for neurodivergent professionals and leaders. Clients include BNP Paribas, L’Oréal, Generali, Logitech, Lush, Cooley, SF Express and Warner Bros. Discovery, alongside education bodies, nonprofits and initiatives such as the English Schools Foundation, the Hong Kong Jockey Club Collaborative Project for Inclusive Employment, WISE Employment HK and the Resolve Foundation. He sits on the organising committee of the Davos Neurodiversity Summit and has spoken on more than eight major panels since 2023.
Jonathan is a regular voice in Asian media on neurodiversity and workplace transformation, with appearances on TVB Pearl, RTHK, Hong Kong Economic Times and Yahoo Hong Kong, and podcast features covering ADHD and autism diagnosis journeys, workplace adjustments, and neurodivergent strengths. He works in English and Cantonese, and his site is available in traditional and simplified Chinese as well as English. Consultations for training, coaching and speaking engagements can be booked directly.
