Hi! I’m Kelly
I’m an ADHD coach (with ADHD), autism-aware, and fiercely neuro-affirming. I help incredible, capable adults stop trying to “discipline” themselves into productivity and start building a work-style that actually fits their brain.
If you’re late-diagnosed (or quietly suspecting), coming out of burnout, redundancy, or a lifetime of white-knuckling your way through… you’re not broken. You’re running a nervous system that needs different inputs.
In our work together, we’ll focus on:
Understanding your ADHD profile (what fuels you, what drains you)
Designing systems that work with dopamine, energy, and attention
Building self-trust and self-compassion (without lowering your standards)
Creating a sustainable “ADHD Operating Manual” for your work and life
I’m also a parent to two neurodivergent children, and that’s shaped everything about how I coach: practical, flexible, and built for real life. I keep a foot in family work because I care deeply about the ripple effect — when one neurodivergent person gets supported properly, whole households get lighter.
