Description

Designing workplaces every brain can use. Clarity in documentation, learning, and leadership.

I’m Stéphane Mousseau, a bilingual Learning and Leadership consultant based in Vancouver, BC. I’m neurodivergent myself. ADHD, diagnosed as a kid and confirmed again as an adult.

After 20+ years designing learning systems at Arc’teryx, Lululemon, and Aritzia, I kept seeing the same pattern. Most performance issues aren’t people problems. They’re clarity problems. Expectations are unclear. Learning doesn’t match real situations. Documentation is hard to follow. And when that happens, people don’t experience it as misalignment. They experience it as hesitation, frustration, or feeling unsafe. Neurodivergent employees feel this first. But it affects everyone.
