Margo Wilk – Neurodiversity Collective Ltd

Margo Wilk is an ADHD coach who works through her company, Neurodiversity Collective Ltd, with adults whose ADHD sits alongside something else — autism, OCD, dyslexia, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder or Tourette’s. She calls this ADHD+ coaching. For someone who has found that single-condition advice misses half of what is going on, that emphasis on overlap is the main reason to look at her practice. Sessions are one-to-one and shaped around the client’s own goals rather than a standard picture of what functioning well should look like, and she coaches in both English and Polish.

Her route into the work is personal as well as professional: she is a mother of four adult children, two of them neurodivergent. Her core coaching qualification is the Professional Advanced ADHD Coach Training Certification Programme at the ADD Coach Academy, an ICF Level 2 course, alongside a coaching qualification from the Institute of Psychoeducation and Integral Development, where she also trained in schema therapy and ACT. On top of that she has completed specialist courses in AuDHD, autism and ADHD with Neuroverse and the Pandora Foundation — including neurodivergence and trauma — and a series on ADHD and co-occurring conditions such as OCD, hoarding and body-focused repetitive behaviours with Roberto Olivardia. She has also studied neurodiversity in the workplace at postgraduate level at SWPS University in Warsaw.

The second half of the practice is for employers. As an Access to Work provider she can coach neurodivergent employees on the demands of their role, with the cost potentially covered by the employee’s Access to Work award. She also coaches managers on communication and adjustments, and runs Neurodiversity in the Workplace training for teams and HR, online, on site or as a mix. Both individuals and organisations start with a free discovery call; for organisations this leads to a short consultation and an agreed plan before any work begins. Fees are not published.
