MindMint — AI Focus & Planning App for ADHD Minds
MindMint is an AI-powered productivity and planning app built for ADHD brains, available on iPhone and Android. Its premise is that the standard productivity app fails ADHD users not because they lack willpower but because nothing about the default design accounts for how ADHD actually works: the overwhelm of an open task list, the paralysis of choosing what to do next, the unpredictability of focus and energy. Every feature in MindMint is built around reducing that friction rather than adding to it.
The core tool is an AI routine planner: describe what is on your mind and MindMint generates a structured, time-blocked daily schedule tailored to energy levels and cognitive patterns, adjusting to what you can actually do rather than what a nine-to-five template assumes. Brain Dump captures racing thoughts without structure so nothing is lost before it can be organised. Task Roulette spins the wheel and picks a task when the choice itself is the block. Clarity Mode shows one task at a time; Focus Timer runs Pomodoro sessions with distraction-free modes and ambient sounds. Mood and energy are tracked throughout the day so demanding tasks can be scheduled during natural peaks, and Daily Reflection walks through a guided end-of-day review. Habit tracking uses flexible streaks with celebratory micro-moments — designed to accommodate off days rather than punish them.
An insights system generates weekly AI-powered reports on peak focus windows, habit trends and mood correlations. MindMint is available for free on the App Store and Google Play, with an optional one-time Pro upgrade and no ongoing subscription. The app works offline, stores data securely in the cloud via Google or Apple sign-in, and is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish.
