At Neuro-Inclusivity we champion the strengths of neurodiverse employees and build awareness and skill in the workplace. Neurodiverse brains work in a different way to neurotypical people. so far many workplaces are still to learn how to harness neurodiverse strengths for the benefits of all.

Emma Calvert and Rosie Knapper are the founders of the Dorset based Neuro-inclusivity.

They are experienced leaders, speakers, coaches, facilitators and trainers who are on a mission to build awareness, upskill and mobilise neurodiverse talent in the workplace. They provide Neurodiversity training, coaching and expert advice to companies on development of their neurodiverse policies and practices.
