About Neurobox

neurobox is a Cambridge-based workplace adjustments provider that helps employers support neurodivergent and disabled staff in a structured, trackable way. Its clients are organisations — HR teams, line managers and leaders — rather than individuals shopping for one-off help, although the employee is at the centre of every piece of work. It covers autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other neurodivergent conditions alongside physical and sensory disabilities, which suits employers who want one partner for all adjustments rather than separate suppliers for each.

A typical engagement starts with a workplace needs assessment, which then leads into whatever the person actually needs: workplace strategy coaching or co-coaching with their manager, assistive technology and training, or awareness training for colleagues and managers. The company also runs consultancy work, including organisational audits, policy development and support towards Disability Confident accreditation, and sells hardware and software — from reading pens and headsets to speech recognition, captioning and mind-mapping tools. It works with both employer-funded support and the government's Access to Work scheme.

What distinguishes neurobox is neurohub, its free-to-partners digital platform for managing adjustments at scale. It gives employees, managers and HR separate dashboards, tracks assessments, coaching sessions and software licences, sends reminders, pre-fills Access to Work claim forms and measures whether adjustments are working over time. neurobox is a registered company (10744571), holds Disability Confident Leader status, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certification, and its training is CPD certified. Pricing is by enquiry.
