At NeuroBridge®, we believe inclusion is so much more than a tick-box exercise, it’s a transformation. One requiring empathy, evidence, and infrastructure – built to empower every individual be at their best, all the time.

Our founder, Josh Goodison, is a neurodivergent leader with lived experience navigating systems misaligned to his mind. Following his own late diagnoses, it soon became clear he was far from alone – there are entire communities of brilliant minds grappling with the very same barriers.

What started as a personal journey for Josh, quickly became a shared mission: building a team of neurodiversity experts with diverse perspectives, united by the drive to reshape workplaces from the inside out, and the knowledge of how impactful “getting it right” can truly be.
