NeuroConvergences is a fast-growing, dynamic French non-profit founded in 2024, driven by an unwavering commitment to fostering a society where every mind is valued, understood, and included. Our mission is to dismantle systemic barriers, amplify neurodivergent voices, and reimagine societal frameworks to truly embrace cognitive diversity.

We firmly believe that neurodiversity is about human rights and power, and its contemporary challenges are grounded in very real, problematic historical trajectories that have shaped the inherently discriminatory and marginalizing realities that most neurodivergent individuals face today.

Our foundational philosophy is rooted in the social model of disability, which shifts the focus from “fixing” the individual to adapting society. This paradigm shift is crucial for everyone: by valuing differences instead of “pathologizing” them, we restore dignity and autonomy, encouraging neurodivergent people to recognize their unique strengths—creativity, innovative problem-solving—rather than focusing on perceived “deficits.”
