neurodivers³ - Neurodivergent Life, Tools and Stories
neurodivers³ is an independent, neurodivergent-led platform of honest writing, practical tools and digital resources for neurodivergent adults, particularly late-identified and self-identified autistic, ADHD and AuDHD people. Created by Ollie Clews, a late-diagnosed AuDHD writer and builder, it explores the parts of neurodivergent life that are usually simplified or skipped over entirely: masking, burnout, executive dysfunction, sensory load, identity, work, communication, and the complicated business of rebuilding a life around how your brain actually works rather than how it is supposed to.
The site is organised in a way that reflects how neurodivergent attention genuinely moves. Rather than a single archive, readers pick a mode based on where their brain is that day — burned out, hyperfocused, masking, spiralling, or on a roll — and the writing filters to match. Content sits across three pillars: Unmasked Life, covering identity, masking, burnout and belonging; Tools and Templates, offering checklists and practical systems for work and everyday overwhelm; and Digital Life, on attention, technology and digital overwhelm. Alongside the blog sit low-pressure planning systems, communication templates, sensory tools, Notion workspaces and free digital experiments in the Labs section, plus a serial memoir in progress on late-diagnosed AuDHD.
Everything is written from lived experience and built to be clear, accessible and approachable on a low-energy day. neurodivers³ is explicitly not a clinical service or a productivity programme — it is a growing library of stories, tools and ideas made from inside the neurodivergent experience rather than above it. Recent writing covers autistic burnout and what it actually feels like, why quiet rooms make the ADHD spiral worse and what active rest offers instead, and a defence of the tab-hoarding brain.
