Description

Neurodiversity in Media (NDIM) is a small initiative set up by the Neurodiverse to help the neurodiverse working in the media industry, which in the UK along likely had over 4,000 individuals who identify as neurodivergent. Its primary objective is for industry workplaces, from advertising tech firms through to media agencies, to adopt the NDIM 4 S’, whereby they can consider small, practical adjustments within the categories of Systems, Spaces, Safety & Support.

Our philosophy is that ‘what is good for the hive is good for all of the bees’, so by catering to small adjustments to suit the most extreme needs, you create an environment for your talent to thrive, whatever their neuro makeup!

To get involved today, Our 4S Manifesto & User guide is available to Download by clicking through to our link, where you can subscribe to our newsletter on Substack (& over on LinkedIn!)
