NeuroPeerCoaching by Philip Schatz — Peer Coaching for Autistic & ADHD Adults
NeuroPeerCoaching offers online peer coaching for autistic adults, adults with ADHD and AuDHD adults, built on a single organising premise: support is different when it comes from someone who understands from the inside. Every coach in the practice is neurodivergent — lived experience is not a marketing line here but the structural foundation of the entire model.
The practice is led by Philip Schatz, a systemic counsellor with a B.Sc. in Psychology, certified through aut.IN and a lecturer at the Zentrum für Autismuskompetenz, Germany’s largest autism training centre. Philip is himself autistic and has ADHD, and alongside the practice he built and runs a peer support programme for neurodivergent students at a German university. Around him, NeuroPeerCoaching operates as a supervised team: neurodivergent coaches at the start of their professional path work with continuous supervision and mentorship from Philip, so clients receive peer-perspective support backed by structured professional oversight.
Sessions run online and in English, and the themes clients bring are the familiar territory of neurodivergent adult life: late diagnosis, autistic burnout, executive functioning, relationships and communication, work, and identity. The practice is clear about its scope — this is coaching and counselling from a peer perspective, not therapy or diagnosis — offering a space where the starting point is shared understanding rather than explanation.
