NeuroRelate — Lived-Experience Neurodiversity Support & Community

NeuroRelate Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation built by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people and their families — its founding principle, in its own words, is “we get it because we live it.” Founded by Natalie and Dean Wigzell through lived experience, it exists to bridge the gap between diagnosis and everyday life, recognising that understanding your neurodivergence is only the beginning, and that individuals and whole households often need practical support, information, advocacy and connection well beyond the point of diagnosis.

Its work spans neurodiversity education, workshops and training, advocacy, community support, neuro-inclusive activities and events, support groups, downloadable resources and one-to-one neurodiversity coaching. NeuroRelate supports individuals and families directly and works with schools, community organisations, sports clubs and workplaces — including corporate workshops and a neuro-inclusive soccer school — to build understanding and create more neuro-inclusive environments. With particular experience in ADHD and autism, the approach is neuro-affirmative, person-centred and strengths-based: every person experiences neurodivergence differently, and the aim is to understand individual strengths, needs, experiences and goals rather than apply a one-size-fits-all model.

As a not-for-profit, accessibility and inclusion sit at the heart of the organisation. Where possible it provides free or subsidised support and creates opportunities for people who might otherwise face barriers to accessing neurodiversity support, sustained through partnerships, donations and volunteering. Working with partners including local NHS and Hertfordshire community organisations, NeuroRelate is committed to building a more understanding and inclusive society in which neurodivergent people are respected, valued and empowered to thrive.
