Description
I created NeuroSpicy Leaders as a home for creative, visionary leaders—ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, neurodivergent, and neurocurious—who are tired of hustling to fit into systems not designed for how they think and work. Having navigated leadership, motherhood, and entrepreneurship with ADHD, I understand intimately what it means to mask, overcompensate, and still feel “not enough” despite high levels of achievement. I’ve also experienced the tension of leading with heart and vision inside systems that weren’t built to hold complex, nonlinear brilliance.
As a certified executive, career, and trauma-informed coach, I bring lived experience together with neuroscience, equity frameworks, and practical tools to help clients move from burnout and self-doubt to sustainable, confident leadership. Our small team of coaches support neurodivergent and neurocurious professionals in strengthening executive functioning, navigating emotional regulation and overwhelm, communicating across different cognitive styles, and building ways of working that align with their minds.
In addition to coaching individuals, we partner with organizations and companies to create more neuroinclusive, cognitively diverse workplaces—supporting leaders and teams to collaborate more effectively across differences in thinking, communication, and productivity. My 25+ year leadership journey includes senior executive roles, co-founding nonprofit organizations, and publishing several books. I’ve also built the Center for Liberated Leadership and NeuroSpicy Leaders—proof that it’s possible to carve your own path, lead on your own terms, and build work that expresses your authenticity and supports your livelihood.

Leadership and Executive Coaching

At NeuroSpicy Leaders, we get it because we've lived it. ADHD impacts focus, motivation, time perception and emotional regulation. Autistic leaders often experience social fatigue, sensory roadblocks and challenges with reading unspoken norms. For all neurodivergent folks, traditional leadership expectations can feel impossible or misaligned.
The answer isn’t trying to force yourself into neurotypical systems that won't stick. It’s coaching that helps you break free from overwhelm, create momentum that flows with your unique rhythm and find the confidence to lead authentically.
We’ll work together to build strategies that balance focus and follow-through with recovery and breathing space—so productivity doesn’t come at the cost of your health. The goal isn’t to grind harder. It’s to work with your brain, unlock your brilliance, and move forward on your vision with energy intact.
