NeuroSupporter — Social Decoder for Autistic & ADHD Adults

NeuroSupporter is an app for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults who find they are regularly misread. The user describes a social moment that has left them unsure where they stand — a message that landed badly, a tense exchange, a meeting they could not follow — and the app offers a plain account of what may be going on underneath. It then helps turn that understanding into words aimed at a particular person, such as a partner, doctor, teacher, parent or friend, so the message reads the way it was intended.

Its intended users are people who come across as neurotypical at first glance and pay for that in misunderstandings: taken for lazy when executive freeze stalls a simple email, for rude when sensory or emotional overload means leaving without a goodbye, or for controlling when an instinct to solve the problem sounds like an instruction. The app starts from the position that these are crossed wires between different ways of communicating, not character flaws, and that much of the friction comes from settings built around a single neurotype.

Users choose whether responses should reflect ADHD, autism or both. That choice applies to the active session only and is not stored, so nothing about a person's neurotype carries over between sessions. The pricing model is one-time query packs that do not expire rather than a subscription, although at the time of listing the app was in a free, invite-only beta for adults aged 18 and over in the United States. NeuroSupporter is made by IDK Consulting LLC and describes itself as a social-logic and peer-support tool — not medical advice, therapy or crisis support.
