Description

Oli help is a companion app designed to support the adults around kids with diverse minds — at home, at school and beyond. It offers evidence-based guidance, practical strategies and everyday tools to help parents and educators understand behaviour, respond with confidence and create more supportive environments. Oli help currently includes two dedicated pathways: an app for parents of kids with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), with or without a diagnosis, and an app for teachers and educators designed to support neuro-inclusive classrooms.

Oli help supports you in understanding what may be happening beneath behaviour and responding with greater confidence in everyday moments. You can explore clear, evidence-based content about ADHD and neurodiversity, practise practical strategies designed for real-life situations and access 24/7 guidance when things feel overwhelming. Over time, the app helps you notice patterns, reflect on what works, and build steadier, more supportive environments for your child or students.

Please note Oli help is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical advice.
