About Olune
Olune is a privacy-first phone app for neurodivergent adults — ADHD, autistic, AuDHD or otherwise wired differently — who want one place to manage the day without handing their inner life to a tech company. It sits somewhere between a planner, a mood diary and a regulation kit, and is aimed at people for whom standard productivity apps assume a steady supply of energy, attention and social capacity that isn't always there.
The everyday layer covers task breakdown, focus sessions, habits, mood and energy logging, sleep and medication records, and a body-doubling companion for getting started. Beneath that sit tools that mainstream apps rarely include: masking check-ins, a rejection sensitivity (RSD) journal, burnout-risk tracking, social-battery and spoon logging, DBT diary cards, sensory and grounding exercises, and a personal safety plan. An optional AI companion, powered by Anthropic's Claude, is there for thinking something through; chat history is stored on the device, and only the message being answered and limited context are sent for processing.
Privacy is the deciding factor for many users, and here it is built into the design rather than promised. Almost everything tracked lives only on the phone. No name, email or account is required — the app runs on a random device ID — and an optional account exists only for recovery. There are no ads, analytics or tracking tools, and no data is sold; everything can be deleted from within Settings with no need to contact anyone. Olune is made by Novaturient, a studio run by a neurodivergent solo developer, and is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
