About Perfectly Autistic
Perfectly Autistic is a neurodiversity consultancy run by Kelly and Hester Grainger, a married couple who are both neurodivergent and who work with employers, education providers and public bodies on making workplaces fit neurodivergent people better. The emphasis is on culture and day-to-day practice rather than a single awareness session: the consultancy's stated aim is to help organisations understand, support and value neurodiversity so that neurodivergent staff feel understood and able to succeed.
Both founders came to their own diagnoses in their forties, and that late-identification experience runs through the work. Kelly, who is autistic and ADHD, spent more than 25 years in corporate roles before becoming a neurodiversity consultant, trainer, keynote speaker and certified workplace mediator. Hester, who is ADHD, is a former TV and BBC radio presenter with over 25 years in media, PR and communications, and is a certified ADHD coach. The pairing gives organisations one voice from inside corporate life and one from communications — useful when the task is persuading senior leaders as much as informing staff.
Services span training and consultancy for teams and managers, keynote talks for conferences and internal events, workplace mediation carried out through a neurodivergent lens, and individual and group coaching. The Neurodiversity Champions Academy trains internal advocates so that knowledge stays in the organisation after the consultancy leaves. Clients named on the site include British Airways, PepsiCo, TUI, Marks & Spencer, Sky, Bosch, Diageo, BP, the NHS and the University of Warwick. The company is registered in Norfolk, and fees are not published.
