About Premier Solutions
Premier Solutions is a Nottingham company that has designed and installed multi-sensory environments since 2002 — sensory and calming rooms, sensory hydrotherapy pools, immersive rooms and soft play. It works with schools, NHS hospitals, disability services, occupational therapy teams and leisure centres that want a space where light, sound, colour and touch can be turned up or down to suit the person using it, rather than asking them to cope with a room that overwhelms or leaves them understimulated.
The planning stage is where it does much of its work. Quotations are free and come with 3D drawings of how the finished room or pool will look, revised until the client is happy. The team sizes equipment to the space — past rooms have ranged from 3m by 3m to 9m by 5m — and advises on practicalities such as wall colour for projection, smooth ceilings for people who use the room lying down, and padding heights for those who head-bang or pull at fittings. Projects can be phased, with wiring laid for later additions. Most equipment is plug-and-play or runs from a single button; only the interactive floor and beam-controlled music systems need a PC. Installation engineers are DBS checked.
Beyond fixed rooms, it supplies portable sensory trolleys that fit through standard doors for use on hospital wards, alongside fibre optics, interactive wall panels, projection, tactile products, sensory furniture and seating. After the warranty ends, maintenance contracts run once or twice a year, from basic cleaning and testing to a full test, clean and repair — and it can service equipment fitted by other suppliers. Prices are not published, since each room is quoted to the space and budget.

Questions about Premier Solutions
Does Premier Solutions charge for a sensory room design?
No. Quotations are free and include 3D drawings of the proposed room or pool, which can be revised until the client is happy.
Can a sensory room from Premier Solutions be built in stages?
Yes. If phasing is planned from the start, cabling and electrics are specified so later additions can be fitted without removing earlier work.
Is there an option for people who cannot get to a sensory room?
Yes. Premier Solutions supplies portable sensory trolleys that fit through standard doors, used on hospital wards for people who are bed-bound.
Will Premier Solutions service equipment another company installed?
Potentially. Its maintenance contracts cover its own installations and may extend to sensory equipment fitted by other suppliers.
