Quiet Space Coaching

Quiet Space Coaching is a Leamington Spa coaching practice run by Natalie Snodgrass, working with individuals and organisations on careers, leadership and personal development. Its relevance for neurodivergent adults lies in executive function coaching, which can stand as a focus in its own right or be folded into a wider career or leadership programme. That combination suits someone who does not want their neurodivergence treated as a separate problem to be fixed, but as part of how they work, lead and make decisions — whether they are newly diagnosed, going through a performance process at work, or rethinking where their career goes next.

Natalie Snodgrass spent more than 20 years in UK higher education before founding the practice, and also works as a coach trainer, workplace mediator and organisational consultant. Credentials include registration as a Career Development Professional with the Career Development Institute, a PGCert in Career Development and Coaching Studies and a Certificate in Psychological Coaching, and accreditation as a Facet5 and Teamscape practitioner and certification as a Fearless Organization Scan practitioner. Those profiling tools can be built into individual or team work. Coaching covers career transitions, leadership, communication and conflict, and changes in mindset and behaviour, with a particular interest in equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging, including under-represented groups in leadership.

Sessions take place face to face in Coventry and Warwickshire or online anywhere in the world. Engagements usually start with a free 45-minute consultation, and the first session follows within about two weeks of confirming a programme. Length varies — one or two sessions for interview coaching, and at least six months for developmental work, with three-, six- and twelve-month packages. Employers can be invoiced, and payment plans can be arranged.
