Right Resources – Janette Beetham

Right Resources is a Kent-based consultancy that helps employers and employees make work fit the way dyslexic, dyspraxic, dyscalculic, autistic and ADHD people think and operate. Its focus is squarely on the workplace: where a job, a process or a management style creates friction for someone, Right Resources works out what is getting in the way and what adjustments or strategies will remove it, with the Equality Act 2010 as the legal backdrop employers need to understand.

It was founded by Janette Beetham, who found out she was dyslexic in her thirties and has spent more than fifteen years supporting organisations and neurodivergent staff. For individuals in work, the core offer is workplace needs assessments, screening for dyslexia and related traits, and XL-Strategy coaching — one-to-one, online coaching focused on practical coping strategies for the tasks a particular role demands. For organisations, the consultancy runs CPD-certified neurodiversity training in two-hour, three-hour and full-day formats, a Neuroinclusive Practice programme, and training for workplace neurodiversity and dyslexia champions.

Right Resources also trains Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessors, which makes it a route into the field for professionals as well as a service for employers. Alongside this it offers consultancy, research and presentations, and publishes articles on dyslexia and neurodiversity at work. It is a limited company (06978441).
