About StriveHub

StriveHub is the ADHD and executive function coaching practice of Sal Uddin, working with neurodivergent children from age ten, teenagers, university students, adults and the parents and carers around them. Sessions are mostly online over Microsoft Teams, so families can take part from home, and no diagnosis is needed — people who are self-identifying or still exploring are welcome on the same terms as those with a formal assessment.

Sal spent more than 27 years in education, latterly as a science teacher, holding a BSc in Analytical Science and a PGCE in Chemistry, before moving into coaching. Sal is AuDHD and dyslexic and treats that lived experience as the starting point for the work rather than an add-on. Coaching training includes an ADHD coaching diploma through the ADHD Foundation pilot programme, an advanced ADHD coaching diploma, a certificate in ADHD coaching from Barrett Coaching & Training and Master Executive Accredited Coach status with the Universal Coaching Alliance, of which Sal is a founding professional member. Youth Mental Health First Aid training, an enhanced DBS check and professional insurance round this out — relevant for parents booking coaching for a child.

The offer runs in four strands: study skills (organisation, focus, routines, motivation, time management and procrastination), individual coaching for 10 to 18-year-olds, family coaching with parent and carer workshops held online and in person through the year, and adult coaching with a particular eye on people diagnosed later in life, including workplace self-advocacy. StriveHub is clear that coaching is not therapy: sessions stay with the present and practical, and Sal refers on where therapeutic support is the better fit. Regular sessions last 45 minutes (30 for younger children), with optional 10-minute check-ins for study skills clients, and a minimum of five or six sessions is suggested. Fees are not published. A free 20 to 30-minute discovery call comes first.
