SEND & Neurodiversity Solutions Ltd is a specialist consultancy based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, founded by Jenny Adams and working with families and organisations across the UK. It combines two areas of expertise that rarely sit under one roof: specialist SEND advocacy and EHCP support for families, and practical neurodiversity workplace consultancy for employers — built on the belief that when people get the right support at home and at work, everyone benefits.

For families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, the practice provides end-to-end support through the EHCP process: needs assessment applications, draft EHCP reviews, annual review support, SEND Tribunal appeal preparation and SEND mediation. The aim throughout is to help parents understand their rights, navigate the system, challenge decisions where needed, and secure the support their child is entitled to. Jenny brings specialist knowledge of SEND law, the EHCP process and the Equality Act 2010, accreditation as a SEND and workplace mediator with the Society of Mediators, twenty-five years of employee relations and HR expertise — and lived experience as a SEND parent who has navigated the system herself.

For employers, HR teams and people leaders, the practice offers neurodiversity workplace consultancy spanning strategy, training, mediation and conflict resolution, helping organisations support neurodivergent employees effectively. A third strand delivers peer mediation implementation for schools — a structured programme that trains pupils to act as neutral mediators resolving disputes among their peers, building skills that last well beyond the classroom.
