About Serenido

Serenido is a collection of free browser-based tools for adults with ADHD, made by Ryan Warren, a designer with ADHD who got tired of planners built for people who are already organised. Everything runs on any phone or computer with no account and no install, and nothing typed into a tool leaves the user's own device. The approach is deliberately low-friction — no sign-ups, no streaks, no dated pages that punish a missed week — on the principle that ADHD is how a brain is built, not a personal failing to be corrected.

The core tools each target a specific, recognisable ADHD difficulty. Task Breakdown turns a task that feels too big into tiny steps, with ready-made templates to remove the blank page and a focus mode that shows only the next step. The Visual Focus Timer tackles time blindness by showing time passing rather than counting numbers. Brain Dump & Sort empties a crowded head and routes each item to the tool that deals with it, while the Dopamine Menu Builder offers a personal menu of quick, easy wins. For the financial side of ADHD there is an ADHD Tax Calculator, a Forgotten Subscription Finder and a 24-Hour Parking Lot for impulse purchases.

A second set of tools supports parents of children with ADHD and other SEND at school. In the US, an IEP Service Minutes Calculator, an IEP Deadline Clock and a Special Education Complaint Router help parents track provision and find the right route to complain, all based on federal special-education rules; in England, an EHCP Provision Checker compares Section F against what was actually delivered. These are record-keeping aids with sources cited rather than legal advice. The tools stay free; Serenido is funded by a small range of undated printable workbooks built from the same worksheets.
