My name is Sheila and I am an experienced autism advisor and certified neurodiversity coach (ICAHP, IPHM) offering tailored, neuro-affirming advice, support and guidance to individuals, families and employers.
I have supported autistic individuals, parents/carers and professionals for many years. My person centred, holistic approach allows me to focus on each person I support as an individual, there is no one approach that works for everyone.
My areas of expertise include, support with Communication, Sensory Differences, Thinking Styles, Emotions, Trauma Informed Practice, embedding the Low Arousal Approach, I have completed additional training in Eating Disorders and Autism, Burnout, Trauma and Interoceptive Challenges.
