About Talia Zamora

Talia Zamora is a Hertfordshire-based coach who works with neurodivergent adults, parents raising neurodivergent children, and neurodivergent women running their own businesses. Her work sits where those three overlap: the household where a parent is juggling a child's needs, their own neurodivergence and a business at the same time, and where standard productivity or parenting advice assumes a steadier supply of energy and attention than anyone in the house actually has. Sessions run online or in person around Hatfield and St Albans.

Her starting point is personal. Talia is neurodivergent herself and a mother to two autistic sons, and she describes the "invisible load" of that combination as the thing her clients most need recognised before any planning begins. Sessions are set up so there is no need to mask: pacing, communication style and sensory needs shape the work rather than a fixed programme. Family coaching focuses on overwhelm, emotional regulation, executive functioning and helping parents understand what sits behind a child's behaviour. Business coaching covers clarity, workable goals and income for founders whose working patterns don't fit conventional business advice. She also offers coaching funded through the DWP's Access to Work scheme, which can remove the cost barrier for eligible employed or self-employed clients.

Talia holds a Level 7 coaching diploma and a BA in Business Management and Media, is a member of the Association for Coaching, and brings a background in Lean Six Sigma process improvement. She works as an associate with Neurodiverse You and with the ADD-vance ADHD and Autism Trust, and directs the St Albans group of the Business Women Unlimited networking community. Alongside one-to-one work she runs workshops, including a neurodivergent-friendly wellness day, and publishes free resources such as a 101 Neurodivergent Traits guide and video series. Prices are not published; a free initial call is available to talk through fit.
