Theorise Ltd (Scotland’s Recruitment Company of the Year and Awarded Best NMPH Provider – 2023/2024 as well as UK’s Best Student Support Agency – 2025) is an innovative and ambitious Edinburgh based educational recruitment business that has grown to be Scotland’s largest agency for the supply of additional non-medical personal help (NMPH) student support staff services to further and higher education. Theorise provide a range of different services to colleges and universities including Study Skills Tutors (for dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and other specific learning difficulties), Mental Health Mentors, Autism Mentors as well as in-class Support Workers (ASD, ADD, ADHD), Note-Takers, Proof-Readers and Examination Support Staff.

Theorise Ltd have worked extensively in further and higher education over the years, providing support to students with DSA funding (SAAS, SFE, SFNI, SFW) and with students who are not eligible through funding made available by the colleges or universities with whom we engage. Theorise Ltd are one of very few SFE/SFW-registered suppliers in Scotland, which ensures the standards we uphold and the quality of the Candidates whom we register.
