I support neurodivergent professionals including (self identifying and late diagnosis) ADHD, autistic, dyslexic and dyspraxic on a self discovery journey to identify their strengths and challenges, communication style, ideal workplace, self advocacy, time management and more.

Neurodiversity Awareness Sessions
I offer neurodiversity awareness training designed for businesses to create inclusive and supportive workplaces. Sessions can be tailored to focus on specific neurodivergent conditions - such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia - or provide a broader overview of neurodiversity in the workplace.
Training sessions cover areas such as:
* Understanding neurodivergent communication style
*Strengths and challenges a neurodivergent individual might face
*Workplace accommodations
*Challenging bias and fostering inclusion
*Organisational response
