Description

I am a late-diagnosed AuDHD, neuroinclusive coach who combines professional training with lived experience to coach/mentor neurodivergent people as they work to understand and support themselves more effectively. You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me; I focus on support, not labels.

Creating a life that honours your strengths, needs and values is fundamental to my approach. With a background spanning both the corporate world and small business, education and health, and as a wife and mother to a neurodivergent family, I have real-world insight into how neurodivergent conditions like Autism and ADHD can both enhance and complicate life.

I am passionate about supporting you through the transitions that follow neurodivergent identification, whether that is your own identification or that of a loved one. This period can bring profound shifts in how we/they see ourselves, and while diagnosis may have felt like a goal, it is just the beginning. So I offer a blend of coaching and psycho-education to assist as you interpret your experiences, reframe your story, and begin to move forward with greater confidence.

I am a neuroinclusive coach supporting ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD and other neurodivergent adults and young people. What informs my coaching practice? At the heart of my practice is a strengths-based approach that celebrates neurodivergent difference. I create a safe, accessible space where you can explore your identity, reframe internalised beliefs and build strategies that work with your unique neurology, energy levels and lived experience, rather than against you. Starting from a place of strength doesn’t mean ignoring challenges, but it does suggest not starting from them. When we begin with strengths, we shift the internal narrative. As a practitioner of the strengths-based approach, I know the key to sustainable change often lies in self-awareness and self-compassion, and this is far easier to attain if you understand your strengths as well as the challenges of your unique profile. How do I tailor coaching to you? My coaching style is flexible, paced to suit you, and rooted in collaboration and deep understanding. It can include mentoring and psychoeducation, if that is of interest to you. In our first session I will ask if you would like to share any specific needs I should be aware of for our sessions together. For example: some people would prefer their video off, some people want pauses for note-taking, or pauses for me to 'replay' what we have discussed so far. Is there a way to work out whether we are a 'good match'? I offer a free half-hour Discovery Call to help you decide what path feels right for you and if I am the type of coach you would like to work with. How can I pay for my sessions? You can fund the sessions through a variety of routes: self-funded, through your employer (i.e. through L&D grants) or through an Access to Work grant from the DWP.
