Tony Coward - Nomadd Coaching

I coach creative ADHD adults so they can harness the power of their unique brains. I enable fellow adults to develop their own strategies to overcome their challenges consistently so they can achieve success, however they define it. But coaching isn’t enough. Action is key and I work with those who actively want to create change in their lives, and are tenacious enough to work towards making that change permanent. I specialise in working with professional people and entrepreneurs who are frustrated that fulfilling their potential feels somehow out of reach. Many of my clients are conceptual thinkers, solutions engineers and innovators with a deep need to deliver value to the world. They are passionate about facilitating change and delivering value to others but are often deeply frustrated by what is holding them back. My coaching is collaborative, flexible and client-led. ADHD affects our wellbeing and our success is dependent on cognitive and emotional wellness, our self-awareness and the limitations we often place around facilitating change and personal growth.
